Refund Policy

Caputo & Co. offers a 100% happiness guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of order delivery for a full refund or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive the item in re-saleable condition and original packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item minus a $10 restocking fee.

Repeated Returns

If we noticed an unusual number of returns, we might, at our discretion, refuse future orders.

Customized bracelets are FINAL SALE and cannot be EXCHANGED or RETURNED.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Caputo & Co. does not assume responsibility for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Caputo & Co.
